Agreement for Services
    - Fathers' Rights Clinic - 
    Ventura - Oxnard Area

              
              This agreement is between Fathers' Rights California (hereafter “FRC”) and Client. In consideration of Client paying to FRC the sum of $600.00, FRC agrees to do the following:

    •  Prepare legal documents named above.
    •  Speak by telephone with Client a day before his court hearing to provide advice and direction concerning that hearing.
    •  Answer email questions from Client regarding their case during the lifetime of the case.   

    FRC does not in any way warrant or predict results or the outcome of a final judgment or order in Client’s case.

    The paperwork prepared by FRC for Client shall be based solely on the information provided by Client and will not be verified.  FRC shall not conduct any investigation or discovery in the case.

    Client shall be responsible for the payment of any and all filing fees, costs of service, or any other costs and fees pertaining to Client’s case.

    FRC shall not appear in court for Client, or present Client in any way. FRC shall prepare documents and provide limited advice only as set forth above.  Client will be representing himself and shall not state to the court, opposing counsel, or opposing party that he is represented by FRC.

    FRC shall make the final determination of what should and should not be included in the paperwork prepared by FRC for Client.

    Client understands and agrees that the fee paid by Client is not refundable either in full or in part once the documents have been drafted by FRC.
